    I needed to switch car insurance because my former insurance company raised the rate by too much. I decided to go with Ganis after seeing its hard earned Yelp rating accumulated from over the years. I dealt with the owner Mary directly and honestly she was wonderful to work with. Mary works very hard to answers client questions right away. After earning my business she made sure any concerns I had was resolved in a timely manner and she followed up. At one point I even reminded her that it's ok to not respond over the weekend.

    The entire process took place over emails and I only spoke to Mary on the phone once initially. I had A LOT of questions and she answered all of them and got back to me very promptly. It's always so nice to not have to wait long to get the answers you need.
